25 Interesting Facts

Recently, I was looking through my timeline on Instagram* and couldn't get pass the "Interesting Facts" posts.  Have you seen them?  They are everywhere, I find them so interesting.  They are cute, informative and entertaining.  You get an intimate encounter in just a few minutes.  I thought to myself, "I could do that;" so again in effort to be a bit more inviting...here it goes.  

25 Interesting Facts About Me

• My mother and my grandmother are the most important people in my life. 
• I strongly dislike insects and rodents.
• When I was an early toddler I would not eat.  Nothing.  I only, maybe willingly ate McDonald's hamburgers; just the burger.  I had no use for the buns.  My grandmother/grandaunt had to literally put me upside down and spoon feed me milk. Yea, I was a pain in the ass.  Now you can't stop me.
• I love words.  Writing, reading, learning new words; I just love it all.
• I am an only child of my mother and was NOT spoiled.  I think it was her mission...lol
• I love entertaining and enjoy cooking.
• I believe I am an old soul; very weird and I'm proud of it.
• If I could, I would live in Switzerland.
• I hate throwing up!  I know at times your body needs to rid itself of the toxins or whatever it is that isn't sitting well.  Doesn't matter to me, I don't want nothing to do with it.  As a child I would pray and barter up anything so that I could (I thought) prevent it.  I even get queasy when I hear retching noises...I have man-ed up but it's in the initial stages it might be better for someone else to help you.  Anything else I got out you.
• I listen to all types of music.  All of it.
• I was at-one point-an aspiring Sports Medicine physician--then life happened.
• My mother is my role model.  If she can do it, I surely can.
• When I was younger I used to lie about my father.  Examples: He lived in Canada; died in a snow accident.  That he was head of a corporation and died sadly.  (Hey I didn't know him then--met him when I was 7-8 yrs, at my first communion.)  *SN: I should really analyze why I killed him off so easily and frequently.  I suppose I had to find an excuse as to why he wasn't around.  We have a good relationship now.
• I wish I knew what I was meant to do in life.
• I can be considered (often) OCD-ish.  I like order, but thankfully it doesn't hinder my life.
• I can be very blunt and direct to a fault.  When you have crossed me it is very hard to get me back.  I never forget.  I say what I want to say...I mean most of the time it's just what everyone else is thinking.
• I've had plastic surgery.
• I am  outgoing; yet very, very shy.
• I love traveling.
• I am a hopeless romantic.  Still hoping that my prince will come and carry me away.
• I have a love affair with Gingerale.  Seriously tho..
• I was a cheerleader in college.  Ha! I can see your faces.  I really was...lol
• I can  play the clarinet.
• I have 6 tattoos.
• I can speak four languages...French, Creole, Spanish and German---although, I must admit without application of it; I am slowly losing the aptitude.

Well, there you have it a quick, well- maybe not so quick , intimate look in to my life. What do you think? Would you do this?
